3. You will be met by your Anaesthetist and Dentist in our aquatic themed day ward.
4. During the operating procedure parents and family can relax in our coffee lounge while watching a movie or accessing the internet via wifi. (All complimentary)
5. After the operating procedure patients recover in the recovery room and are then reacquainted with their family in the aquatic theme day ward.
6. We will provide transport to and from CAPE DENTAL THEATRE absolutely free of charge.
7. COST – We accept all major medical aids and charge medical aid rates (which means no unexpected bills due to short payments by medical aids)
8. Special Rates for private patients.
Do’s
- Arrive at the CAPE DENTAL THEATRE 1 hour before appointment time.
- Ensure you have all necessary documents i.e ID Document, medical aid card and medical aid authorization number.
- Inform Anaesthetists of any medical conditions and medication being used.
- Ensure that the patient is accompanied by 1 adult to transfer the patient home.
- Do contact your dentist or anaesthetist if you have any queries.
- 24 hour notice required for rescheduling appointments.
Dont’s
- Don’t eat or drink 8 hours prior to the appointment (very important).
- Don’t drive yourself. Please ensure your transport arrangements are adequate.
